The drying of this pasta follows the procedure of a slow practice which has its roots in the tradition of Italian pasta factories. The packaging is done by hand with attention to every detail, in packages that are 100% biodegradable in respect of eco-sustainability. The aim of these women is to bring modernity to the Gragnano scene, and it is no coincidence that they have been awarded the Smau for their example in using digital technologies and innovative solutions.
