Description

After cooking the mackerel is cooled and, manually, we proceed to a meticulous peeling and the elimination of the thorns. The cleaned slices are then blended in a cutter together with almonds, caciocavallo, basil, garlic, olive oil and salt until a homogeneous product is obtained.
