Description

From the finest red wines of the Etna area, an intense vinegar that we transform into a precious jelly, thanks to the addition of sugar and pectin extracted from the peel of citrus fruits.

To be used as a sweet and sour condiment for all dishes. Perfect on marinated anchovies, shellfish, oysters, as an accompaniment to vegetables au gratin, on salads or paired with game, cheeses and cured meats.

Also ideal on a bowl of strawberries or raspberries.
