For the recipe: mix the minced meat with minced basil, pecorino romano, finely chopped red onion, sweet pepper cream, an egg and breadcrumbs, mixing everything so that you already have the dough.

With floured hands, prepare small meatballs, flour them and toss in a pan with butter and chopped onion. Finish cooking using the Tarì Wit beer.
