Artisan quality - Located on the hills of the Iblean baroque district, in the artisan area of the municipality of Modica, on the road leading to Ispica, the Rocca dei Conti craft brewery was born, in January 2010, from the passion for craft beer and the desire for create a product that can arouse the emotion of an authentic, pure and simple flavor, thanks to the use of natural ingredients: "malt, hops, yeast, water ... but also time and a lot of passion".
After a significant experience as a homebrewer, experimenting on a small scale in the family “dammusi Modicani”, the desire was born to organize and undertake an activity that could make the fruit of our work known to a wider audience.
In this perspective, the craft brewery develops as a unique and open environment, in which the production laboratory can also be visited for those who simply have the curiosity to discover the history and flavor of a young and natural beer that embodies a charm for certain. verses yet entirely to be discovered.
The goal we propose is to bring to a land, Sicily, where the brewing tradition has no deep roots, the charm of the glorious tradition of distant lands, returning to nature to enjoy its supreme pleasure.
