The vineyards currently extend over about 12 ha.
The training system is the guyot-driven espalier; planting densities are variable and range from 3000 plants in the double guyot to 4500 in the simple guyot.
The productions per vine vary according to the oenological objective: 1.5 kg. / log approx.
In the vineyards both green pruning and thinning are carried out. The harvest of our products is done by hand. The primitive autochthonous vine in the area for centuries has given great wines, full-bodied and of long aging
