PISTACHIO RETRO 'PANETTONE: type "0" soft wheat flour, sugar, egg yolk, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, mother yeast powder, pistachios 5%, skim milk powder, whey powder , dextrose, salt, flavorings. FILLING: glucose syrup, pistachio paste 30% (pistachios, dyes: chlorophyll, curcumin) sugar, water, cream powder, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, alcohol, flavors, stabilizers: pectin, preservatives: potassium sorbate, dyes: E171.

COVERING: sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats (palm kernel), pistachio paste 10% (pistachios, dyes: chlorophyll, curcumin), skimmed milk powder, lactose, pistachio grains 5%, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings. Produced in a factory that uses other nuts (hazelnut and almond).
