1 kg of flour for pizza
Pack of bruschetta with dried tomatoes
530 ml of water
20 gr of salt
20 gr of yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tablespoon of oil

Preparation
Pizza has a long, complex and uncertain history. The first written attestations of the word "pizza" date back to the vulgar Latin of Gaeta in 997. Already in ancient times flattened focaccia, leavened and not, were widespread among the Egyptians, the Greeks and the Romans.

Although it is now a widespread product almost all over the world, pizza is an original dish of Italian cuisine of which we want to offer you a variant with a typical ingredient of Sicilian cuisine: dried tomato.

Dissolve yeast and sugar in the water, mix with the flour, adding the oil and salt. Shape into loaves, cover them with a cloth and let them rise for about 3 hours. At the end of the leavening, roll out the dough on a flour base and place it on a baking sheet. Season with abandoning dried tomatoes and bake at 250 ° C.
