1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
Packet of Sicilian anchovy fillets, from which we will take 3 fillets
Arugula is an annual wild plant appreciated for its high content of vitamin A, vitamin C, fiber and very low calories.
Start by peeling and cutting the peppers into strips that will be cooked in a pan with oil, chopped shallot and the chopped anchovy fillets. Add the rocket pesto, cook the penne in abundant salted water, drain when al dente and season with the sauce, garnish with flakes of Parmesan cheese as desired.
