Ready-made puff pastry rolls 2
Modica Dark Chocolate Black 150 gr
Fresh whipping cream 2 dl
Medium eggs 2
Macaroons 2
3 tablespoons of rum

Preparation
Dark chocolate is one of the major sources of flavonoids or antioxidants present in foods of plant origin and it is no coincidence that chocolate is the basis of this tasty dessert.

The recipe is quick and easy: melt the Modica Dark Black chocolate in a bain-marie. Unroll the puff pastry, moisten the surface of one disc and overlap the other, making them adhere.

Cut them into 6 wedges to which you will make an incision in the upper layer along the edge and cook for 15 minutes at 200 ° C.

Remove the chocolate from the heat, separate the egg whites from the yolks and add the latter to the chocolate, along with the crumbled amaretti and rum.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them a little at a time to the mixture, stirring gently. With a small knife separate the lids of the slices of pastry that you had engraved and keep them aside.

Fill the hollow of the sheets with the mousse and close with the lid. Serve accompanying as desired with a few spoonfuls of whipped cream.

Enjoy your meal!
