Puff pastry baskets with vegetable filling

1 pack of fresh puff pastry
½ onion
1 carrot
1 courgette
2 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Pack of basil bruschetta
Salt and Pepper To Taste

Preparation
Julienne the carrot and courgette; finely chop the onion and brown it in a pan with oil and a clove of garlic until the onion is golden. Add the courgette and carrot adding salt and pepper.

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles, filling them with a little of the mixture. Close the puff pastry forming small bundles and arrange them on a baking tray that will go into a preheated oven at 180 ° C until they are golden brown. In the meantime, take the package of basil bruschetta, add salt and a clove of garlic, mixing well to form a sauce to which, if desired, you can also add balsamic vinegar.

Serve your baskets hot garnishing them with a few spoonfuls of the basil sauce.
